BMTRADA
We offer the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Certification Scheme through a trusted national partnership. As one of the most recognised programs in fire safety, this certification provides our customers the assurance that their fire doors are manufactured to the highest standards and are designed to perform reliably in the event of a fire. The scheme includes:

Fire Door Manufacture Certification: Certifies that fire doors are manufactured according to specific standards and can provide the required level of fire resistance.

Fire Door Installation Certification: Ensures that doors are correctly installed, which is critical for their effectiveness.

UK Fire Door Training Approved Maintainers & Inspectors
All Keytek Fire Doors Engineers and Inspectors have, at the very least been fully trained and approved by UK Fire Door Training who specialize in providing training and certification related to fire doors in the United Kingdom.
UK Fire Door Training focus on educating individuals and businesses about the importance of fire door safety, compliance with regulations, and proper installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire doors.
Fire Aware
Fire Aware is a membership organisation that aims to be the go-to symbol of ethical practices in fire safety. Keytek's partners are proud to be part of this initiative.
Displaying the Fire Aware logo shows a commitment to trust and integrity for anyone responsible for the safety of a building's occupants. Construction Line
Being a member of Construction Line reassures clients that they are working with a reputable and trusted supplier. Membership helps suppliers demonstrate that they meet essential industry standards, including PAS 91 and the Common Assessment Standard, ensuring compliance and quality across various aspects of construction projects.

PAS 91 is a Publicly Available Specification developed by the British Standards Institution (BSI) for pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) in the construction industry. It provides a standardised set of questions that suppliers need to answer when bidding for contracts. The aim is to simplify and streamline the pre-qualification process, making it easier for both buyers and suppliers.

We take pride in having a nationwide team of over 200 accredited locksmiths who are strategically positioned across the country to provide fast, reliable, and local service whenever you need it. Our locksmiths have undergone thorough background checks, including a recent DBS check, to guarantee your safety and peace of mind.

In 2020, Keytek achieved a significant milestone by earning approved centre status from Highfield, one of the UK's leading awarding bodies for work-based learning and qualifications. This brought a much needed training opportunity to the locksmith industry.

NCFE
For over 150 years, the NCFE has been a leader in designing, developing, and certifying nationally recognized accreditations that have set the standard for excellence in various industries. In 2010, Keytek was honoured to be granted approved centre status by the NCFE, marking a significant step in our commitment to providing top-tier locksmith training. Initially awarded the prestigious Level 3 accreditation, we quickly demonstrated our dedication to quality and excellence, earning the highly coveted Level 4 accreditation shortly thereafter in 2015.
Our alignment with the NCFE’s rigorous standards underscores our ongoing commitment to advancing the skills and qualifications of locksmiths nationwide, ensuring that they meet the highest levels of professional competency and expertise.
Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCAS)
We are proud to be a part of the MOD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELCAS), promoting the retaining and development of those in the armed forces to help them resettle into civilian life.
